THE CLASSES

Booty Core

In our Booty Core class, we utilize resistance bands and weights to effectively target and tone your glutes, with an equal emphasis on cultivating a strong, resilient core. Get ready to feel the burn in your glutes and the power in your core.

Total Body

This class for anyone looking for a full-body workout, who loves high-energy music, and isn’t afraid to break a sweat. During our 60 minutes, we’ll be using both equipment and body-weight exercises. Strength, balance, and power, all in one class.

Barre Pilates

Nurture your strength, grace, and core conditioning as you gracefully merge the techniques of ballet with the support of barres and the added dimension of Pilates balls. This harmonious class is leaving you feeling more empowered, centered and in tuned.

PT Group

Experience personalized attention in a group setting with our PT Group classes, limited to 6 people. Focused on functional training, each session is tailored to your needs, improving strength, mobility, and overall performance.


 

Vinyasa

This practice seamlessly combines vinyasas (a series of connected movements), asanas 8 (poses), meditation, and relaxation, all while synchronizing poses with your breath's natural rhythm, creating a fluid, harmonious sequence.

Yoga Flow

Through a series of fluid vinyasas, or continuous movements, Yoga Flow is designed to energize and uplift your mind, body, and soul. Providing a sense of relaxation and creating a harmonious union of strength and serenity. Unlock your inner bliss.

Strong Pilates

This class offers a modern twist to a classic workout. Focusing on a variation of the Pilates mat workout, we will use props such as light hand weights and contemporary movements to help develop a strong inner core while sculpting long, lean muscles.

Pilates

In our Pilates class, we incorporate Pilates balls to strengthen your core, enhance stability, and refine your posture. We offer a strong option for those seeking an extra challenge, while also focusing on body awareness, alignment, and improved physical balance.
