1.2. Penalty for Late Cancellation: If you cancel a class within 1 hour prior to its scheduled start time or do not show up for the class without prior cancellation, it will be considered a completed class, and no refunds or class credits will be issued.

2.1. Method: Class cancellations can be made through your member account on our website or mobile app.

2.2. Confirmation: Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email or notification confirming the cancellation.

3.1. If you do not cancel your subscription up to one week before the auto- renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for the next month.

3.2. Note that auto-renewal entails the corresponding charge for the new subscription month.

4.1. Waitlist Option: If a class you wish to attend is fully booked, you have the option to join the waitlist.

4.2. Waitlist Notification: If a spot becomes available in the class due to a cancellation, you will receive an email or notification informing you of the availability.

4.3. Waitlist Confirmation: You must confirm your spot within a specified time frame indicated in the notification. Failure to do so may result in the spot being offered to the next person on the waitlist.
