Yoga
In Yoga Flow continuous movements will energise and uplift your mind, body and soul. The slow, deep stretches of Yin Yoga help you unwind at the end of a long day. In Vinyasa each breath guides your flow, creating a blend of body and mind.
OUR CLASSES
Pilates
A mat-based class featuring the use of Pilates balls. Here, we prioritise building core strength, enhancing stability and perfecting posture. This class is an excellent way to improve your overall body awareness and alignment.
Latin Vibe
From Salsa to Bachata and Flamenco, our open-level Latin Vibe dance class is all about leaving our inhibitions aside. Grab your heels and a drink, shake those hips, and make new friends. No prior experience necessary, just bring an open mind!
Total Body
If you love high-energy music, and are ready to break a sweat, this class is for you. Using both equipment and body-weight exercises, Total Body is all about getting fit and energized! If you want a deep stretch and plenty of core exercises, Stretch & Core is for you.
Barre
Feel fit, fierce and graceful! Pilates Barre blends the elegance of ballet, the core strength of Pilates, and the practicality of functional training, all harmoniously woven together at the barre and on the mat. Power, fluidity, and balance all in one!
Booty Core
In our Booty Core class, we utilise resistance bands and weights to precisely target and strengthen your glutes. We also place a significant emphasis on building a strong and resilient core. Get ready to feel the burn and see those results!

Yes, we require at least 2 participants for a class to take place. If the minimum is not met, the class will be canceled, and we’ll notify you at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time. Your bono will be refunded straight away to your account.

Yes, all of our classes and events are conducted in English. However, if needed, we can provide instructions in Spanish to ensure everyone understands.

Yes, you can pay cash or with card or cash at the studio, but please ensure you're signed up beforhand.

Yes, of course! Just sign up on the website and purchase a drop-in. Please note, your bono cannot be used for your friend.

Yes, upon showing your booked class to the staff, you'll receive a special offer: a 10 euro meal (healthy bowl, coffee, juice) availeble every day at Pasatempo restaurant till 11.00am.

Yes, we offer 20 spots per class, and you can easily check the availibility when you book your class.

You can make a reservation up until 1 minute before the class starts.

You have up to 1 hour before the class starts to cancel your reservation.

If you're unable to attend and cancel within one hour of the class start time, you will forfeit one credit.

Yes, you're welcome to use the pool for 15 minutes after your session .

The gym can be used for 15 minutes before and after your personal training session or class.

Yes, shower facilities are available along with complimentary soap.
